Challenge

TISS required a production-ready digital learning platform that could support complex academic workflows self paced and instructor led learning, peer review, and open response assessments while securely scaling to a large and diverse learner base. The platform also needed to empower faculty with independent course authoring, provide actionable analytics to administrators, and remain maintainable without disrupting live programs.

Objective

The objective was to build a learning management system closely aligned with TISS’s pedagogy and teaching models, while enabling faculty to independently create and manage courses. The platform needed to support secure paid programs with verified credentials and certificates, operate at enterprise-grade levels of scalability, reliability, and security, and provide meaningful analytics to inform both academic and operational decision making.
